The ship returns to Funchal on November 23rd, on another cruise around the Atlantic islands of the Canary Islands and Madeira.
The Spirit of Discovery, sailing from Portsmouth where she began this 30-night cruise on November 5, is crossing the Atlantic, bound for the Caribbean.
On board, 891 passengers and 499 crew are traveling, on a cruise that has Bridgetown as its next destination, followed by St. Vincent St. Vincent and the Grenadines, St. George, Bequia, St. Lucia, Montserrat, Antigua, Tenerife and Portsmouth, the end of this trip that ends on December 5th.
Mein Schiff 5 docks early tomorrow at the Port of Funchal for a 16-hour stopover. It comes from Lisbon, with 2,491 passengers and 906 crew and leaves at 10:00 pm.
On this 10-night cruise, which started in Palma de Mallorca on November 4th, the ship has already made stops in Malaga, Cadiz, Lisbon, now in Funchal, followed by La Palma, Gran Canaria and Tenerife, where the trip ends in next day 14. Three days later, the ship calls again at the Port of Funchal.
Odyssey of the Seas also arrives this morning and stays in Madeira for 11 hours.
