At 11:27 am, the Regional Relief Operations Command received an alert for an incident on the PR 9 – Caldeirão Verde Pedestrian Route, located in Santana.
A 62-year-old French woman suffered a fall while walking the route, resulting in a cut to her face and a broken hand.
Immediately, a rescue device was activated, and two vehicles and seven operators were on site. The authorities and emergency services are providing the victim with the necessary care, in order to ensure their safety and referral for appropriate care.
